Considering a Sales Career at RBP

Hoping to it get too much negativity. I'm currently considering an offer to join the sales team at RBP in North America.

Any honest thoughts or feedback on salary, expectations, management, lifestyle and future aspirations?

You'd think you'd be hoping to get the truth. That's a whole lot more useful than a candy coated sales pitch. If what you get is negative, its at least the truth. Beware. You've been lucky enough to be forewarned.

120 K base, BMW 5 series.

 

If this is what you are making your decision on, kind of spoiled. But hey Parma reps drive fusions and I'll keep my bmw.

 

Easy answer and the most correct one is, just don't. You can find work elsewhere without this kind of b.s.

 

Listen this place isn't that bad actually pretty damn good. Sure it's got its ups and downs but overall good.

 

You obviously have either never worked in pharma before or have a crap manager because this is the best gig I have ever had.

 

Managers stink. In fact a number really are bad.
