Great job with sales. Real leadership

 

Tim is the only leadership person who likely knows and could actually speak intelligently with any customer about our product mix.

Big Joe knows socks but I would bet his old baseball bat (supposedly from the majors) he couldn't name an ALL or Tcell subtype.

But he sure knows the revenue model of contracting! So 1990s

That's a great question

 

I think he realizes that sr management is not qualified and he will get his turn once the board understands the situation
I don't think senior management understands that their run of the company is coming to a close
It's a lot different running a small highly visible company vs. a large biotech
Strategic mistakes and poor leadership can derail a small company immediately

 

That is where they have all hid for years in large biotech. Now they have to make decisions they are not qualified to make. Good for all the no experienced butt-kissers that have just followed them. If this ship stays up, they will all be VPs. What a joke.
