When a GSK rep gives a doctor the wrong information that is how it was answered on a test and not corrected by GSK ....and the patient is harmed.....will JOE BORNSTEIN have a case?
Well if you liberal arts grad are given information to BS doctors and it harms someone, then the Q&A should be admissible. When you instructed your reps to sell Wellbutrin for ADHD in children, shouldn't you be held responsible? How about Paxil for children, when you instructed your reps to sell for this, was this ok, and you should be absolved of any responsibility? Geez face it GSK is run by a bunch of scum bags with scum bag attorneys like ropes and gray or Covington Burling. No moral fiber just exploiting those that can least afford it!
Interesting that reps have recently started receiving coaching memos about incorrectly answering test questions.
Do you really want to make GSK change patient first? Tuesday morning go to the nearest EEOC office and file a complaint against GSK for their biased evaluation system and how it had a very negative effect on your career. Do it or there will never be change
patient first will end soon. we have to get back to real selling and the stock holders know this as well. the sooner we quit the test garbage the better off the company will be. one more year tops and its gone.
OK, let us know how that works for you when you take your own advice. Walk the talk, or stay on the porch!
I thought the Patient First initiative was because of the Corporate Integrity Agreement that the Government forced upon GSK due to selling off label and withholding Avandia study results. If that's the case, I don't see Patient First ending until the CIA expires. You can complain about it all you want, but it doesn't seem to be going away any time soon.
