It was great seeing this company get what it deserved in a court of law. I guess the geniuses did not realize that a jury would so easily see through the cock and bull stories being peddled by the slime balls involved in the illegal activities.
Theses morons should expect the same outcome in a class action age discrimination suit. It will be interesting when HR and the hatchet boys are deposed and then cross examined. No matter how these hacks try to spin it, the jury will see through it just as the did with the gender discrimination. Think about it. The Novartis track record of wrong doing is well documented. There are too many current and ex-employees that know too many details about the bad things that have been perpetrated. Not sure how HR is able to go along with this stuff, but it will be interesting when they are cross examined. I guess it will be a game of truth or perjury.
