So sad to hear the news.. What a day of gloom for solta. Enjoy holidays and there is life after valeant and its damn good. They will be the demise of once was the leader. Another one to crash and burn.look at what they did to Dermik,, Medicis, b&L, obagi, Watson n the beat goes on. Great mgmt and reps that in each company deserve a better place to work at. Mike P spend the money on your employees vs buying companies to destroy them.

Solta is a horribly mismanaged company. Everyone knew that. So Valeant won't be the "demise of the best" here

valient will be idiots if they take on any managers from solta. the managers in the field helped bring the company to their knees with their horrible method of attracting new business. in this industry, you are what your sizzle is with the docs and clients.. these managers were way too finiky and cheap.. peter cousins was the leader of the cheap group. his life speaks cheapness. good guy.. but not for a cut throat business like laser sales. back to being a trainer at a gym peter.

No, trust me. Valeant has been an unimaginable mess since long before Solta. Solta may be a tipping point, but if vrx wasn't a cesspool of leadership indifference, they would be able to handle any problem that Solta brings.

valeant leadership does not seem to be indifferent to those of us working here. we are paid well and they at least listen to our concerns.
