Call reporting system

    What is the call reporting system that AE's use at Amedisys?

    It's called the Hopeless system and it goes like this.

    Unreasonable goals, conference calls 3 times a week, Plan, incompetent staff at the care centers, Plan ll, no support or communication, then termination.

    Haha. I actually used to work there...no longer because of the reasons you stated. I was just trying to remember the name of the system.

    In theory the system works like this. You believe you have happened upon an ethical issue at Amedisys. You call the Corporate Reporting line and report the issue. Amedisys administration will investigate the issue. You get fired. Problem resolved. Just buy the moonshine.

    Wow!!! How true. Well to me it happened in reverse. I got fired, called the Corporate on improprieties. The results? Zip. Zero. Amazing! Are they all crazy? You call Corporate and they do nothing? That can not even be!
