The seeds that were sown are begiining to see a rotten crop being ready to Harvest and novartis is finally weeding out. Heartless executives who have no respect for dedicated people and putting money above everything else, is sure to meet with a disastrous end. No Matter What, people who stood with the company during ups and downs during tough times needed to have been dealt with more respectfully. Glad that this is finally happening. But again with Novartis focussed only on financials, means it is going to be a log time to wake up to creativity, compassion and inner drive needed to succeed. Things must change for better.
read this OLD post, I am about to leave this company for smaller company for a "lower" position except the pay is better and most importantly I don't have to face the same shit every day. It doesn't matter if you work for Novartis, J&J or a small dermatology company, as long as you are happy at what you are doing and the money is good.
That is true.. After shi...g on so many, the habit becomes an addiction... No wealth would be enough to get rid of this sick tendency..... What a shame?
