No not a good place to work. Read the threads for Orencia. Management is new to biologics and ignores all feedback offered by field. Your results don't matter here - it's all about checking the boxes so management can decide how well you perform. IC is designed so it is impossible for the field to validate their own numbers and to keep everyone at minimum payout. Instead of thinking out of the box you are encouraged to squeeze into the exact same box as everyone else. Sounds fun huh?

Only product for the last 9 years - Orencia. 2 indications - rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis.

Outstanding product (Orencia) but the incompetence at the top of the division is STUNNING. The product should be a multibillion dollar blockbuster but there have been 7 or 8 executive changes in 9 years and horrific managment of launch, marketing and sales of this product. there are 30 open rep positions and 5 or 6 manager positions. There are 2 vacant region director positions that NO ONE wants to take. Those are coveted positions at BMS. All the great reps and managers have left the company. You will be stuck with what is left. A lot of gimmicks coming from corporate to justify positions. Do not take a position in immunology unless you absolutely have to have a job. You have been warned.
