The ration of reports to managers is the worst in the industry

 

no kiddng sherlock, tell us something that we don't know! I clearly obvious there are too many reps and not enough Managers. I get a ride along every two-three weeks and now that 2 more reps are now gone from my team of 6, she will be with me more! What will corporate ever do about this. I know Paul mentioned that the Mangers in our region could cut back and he was going to require Mangers some office time to do other things that would help our territories but let's see what really happens! I want to get out!
