How is this possible? Some had to pay this back on the big RIF?

 

Only a true idiot would pay a dime back to Amgen if they were part of the RIF. Now you know why you were RIF'd. Your manager knew you were an idiot and would pay back relo costs...this type of stupidity should be the main criteria for future RIF's. It is one way Amgen can make money from a RIF.

 

Our weekend manager told us that 21% of Enbrel expires and get destroyed. Is this added into COGS?

 

Hey dumby, it was already manufactured, do you know what COGM means?

 

I think if they fired 80 managers and x-managers still making managers pay then
it will cause many of the ARI rats to leave on thier own when they see that there is no chance of advancements by ratting up the ladder, it will no longer be an option.
