Amgen announced, today, they are buying an Irish plant from Pfizer. This should increase Amgen's payroll by about 240 people. This is a very encouraging sign that the company has faith in the future.

    More news, later.

The very short article did not mention what they would be manufacturing.

I just found out; it's a plant to recycle worn out employees, with a special area to rejigger management's thinking.

Finally we can off shore our dead weight. Only Amgen management would find a way to buy something with all of our off-shore money and find a place to ship waste products. A win-win for Kevin and the boys...

That is why this plant was sold, Amgen inherited some of those misfits in the deal and will be stuck with them..

ARI rocks my ass!!!! It is nothing but a corrupt cesspool of backstabbing idiots.
We don't need ARI for Enbrel. It is being made elsewhere you are a tiny part of a huge picture we can live without.
