Entry Level Sales Base + Commission @ Plan

I was curious if anyone knew what an entry level rep for Avanir should expect as a base salary and what the bonus would be at plan?

If you are talking about the new long term care associate rep position, here goes:

45k base and 15k target bonus
Company car, cell phone, iPad.
All medical benefits that everyone else has.

that is awfully low isnt it? Considering there is contract work out there for $54k base & $23k bonus plus a company car.

 

why are people claiming to make $100k base?

 

There seems to be some confusion:
The 80 new jobs that are : Entry level reps, that are basically assisting/helping the LNAMS,
the new reps will be called long term care associate rep positions
The LNAMS are more veteran exper reps who all are probably making 100K bases.\There are 80 LNAMS currently.

And you basically work for/with the current LNAM who makes 100K+ in base

We also have 71 NAMS who only call on neros an psychs in their priv offices
an those reps also probably a lot of them have 100K+ bases.

if you want a 100k base paying job you would need to apply for one of the NAM or LNAM
positions that usually open up monthly, cause we do have a lot of turnover because our drug is a tough sell an a lot of prior auths.
