Within the first 6 months, only 3 things could happen. 1. Found another job 2. put on a PIP 3. Start looking for a job 40 hours a week Best of luck. Please keep us updated as you realize the mistakes you all have made.
If you can grow sales in Q3, you can make 50K in bonus just for 1 quarter, why would you want to leave ?
The same reason there was over 50% turnover last year and the stock price sucks. Senior leadership and their cronies
That wasn't turnover. Getting rid of the weak links. The company is looking for those that can take us to the next level who in turn will be rewarded handsomely. You must be one of the loafer weak links.
"Getting rid of the weak links". All of the people that resigned, were paraded in front of us at national meetings for winning awards and being high performers. What are you taking about? You really are delusional. High performers resigned because they did not like being forced to promote off label and have fake programs.

Last poster......liar! This is not an expansion. What you ALL need to know is that there is high turnover at this company! You need to know that future indications are years off if not more and the only thing Avanir has done was to fail the latest trial, secure a short contract with Merck to see Januvia and a new powder to sniff for Migraines that wasn't Avanirs. President's Club winners leave here shortly after they win and almost half of the LTC group and many (and I mean many ) of the retail division called the NAM's are looking! There are certain markets that are performing for Nuedexta and the other territories struggle. What is funny are the territories that have NEVER produced much for Nuedexta are suddenly doing well because of Januvia. What does that tell you? I can't wait to get out of this hell hole. And to the posters that will say I must be "dead wood" or "not a top performer." You're wrong! Quite the opposite. Thank goodness the market is getting better so hopefully more well paying pharmaceutical/biotech positions.
So, why does Avanir have so much "dead wood" on its salesforce then? Must be the must be the fucking idiot regional and area managers that do the interviewing and then offer them a job!!!!
I'm thinking of applying for a posting in Springfield, MA. Any advice regarding the organization, territory, job role?
