DF (idiot) picked up Macugen a few months ago.A real dog but they have a retina following as they like the reps so you need to know those doctors or its no go. terrible management big mistake run the other way

This was a backfill pos. How fruking long does it take to fill a back vacant role? This manager must want out of here so f'ing bad, that he could give a rats about the candidates or process. They have been "faux" interviewing for this exact territory for over 2 months. What a joke.

Let me guess, you have sold retina drugs before? Some of you people are so arrogant!!! Come on sales is sales….I hate when reps think no one else can sell their type product….you were new selling to retina specialists at one time, weren't you?

Yes I was new to retina at some point and all I want to warn you about is that retina doctors are different and they only see and respect people that know that business and they can sniff a phony a mile away. It is hard in this job to get time with the doctors, have to add alot to be seen.
