This place has been in a perpetual state of layoffs for like 4 years now, how can you ask this question seriously?

 

Lay off the liars in HR ,half their resumes are false!!!

Very true. Especially in the Metro NY. When is someone finally going to investigate the bs that occurs in the Metro NY? The RD is the most hated piece of shi@ in the industry, and his boys club continues to force people to leave the organization. It's really a sin seeing some very good character people go because of this idiot and his boys club. Hey Ken, you want to really make a change for the better here? Then finally put an end to the circus in the Metro NY region. Managed care dictates his success rate, not his leadership.
