Wow!! He's done. Choosing to leave to spend more time with his family?? haha Nice way of saying...you have done enough damage and now its time to get out. Big changes coming our way. Rearrange those deck chairs.

Laughing all the way to the bank, what a joke he sure screwed up a lot of people’s lives. It is amazing to me how such incompetence can rise to such a position. Never knew what really was going on in the field he relied on people that were even more incompetent. Enjoy your millions Doughy enjoy your millions I hope you can sleep at night, put yourself asleep every night by saying; “we need everybody in this room”. Pleasant dreams.

Let's hope that the purge goes to the next layer too ... Rudolphi, Patnoe, Nicole Nassar. Time these failures were kicked to the curb

We might finally get an injection of new talent in the US.

Unusual how Yasu and Christophe Weber still listed him as the head of the US during the earnings call the other day. Who will replace him?

Who ever replaces him, it can't be worse than what we've had...might not be better though if it is some former GSK retread.

I think Kevin Wilson would be a good candidate to replace Doug.

Do you think they would be smart enough to bring back Alan and Rich?

That would be the best thing for this organization. The answer is no, they are not smart enough to make this happen

I guess the fact that all these posts are so negative is the ultimate proof not to pay attention to this site.

Oh damn - this guy has short man syndrome. Why the hell would we promote another tap/takeda person that came up through the rank. Rudolp the brown nosed executive. How embarrassing - no presence whatsoever. Made a deal for gout. Big deal - no brainer deal and they were desperate. what happened to the year of the launch rudolp? Paul Freelup Rudolph is what happened. Clean house
