LOVE the Chicken Little nickname. So so obvious it's the same person making like 75% of the posts. All the lay off, negative or name calling comes from the same Chicken Little for sure. Love it.

 

The sky has been dark and looming for quite awhile now.. Reality is, numbers talk. Wake up and get over your "pharma sales rep dreams." It is sad how much one will put up with from incompetent, insecure, something-to-prove Alconbots to justify their role at this company. May not fall on your lap, but the industry is changing and there is sales life outside of the Almighty ALCON! Just grow a pair and venture outside of the hourglass.

 

I don't think he/she is the one that needs to leave. Time for you (above) to just move on. Move on to a new company, move onto a new message board where you can bitch and complain about your new company. We don't need to grow a pair b/c we're good where we're at.
