Also, according to 12/5/14 WFR: 29 open territories 2 open manager positions total 358 actual people in field sales positions Prediction: 16 reps laid off 12 managers laid off total 300 reps 30 managers on or before 4/1/15 This is based on no inside knowledge, only the quick analysis of one of the many experienced, seasoned and unfortunate souls who was out of work and needed a job in 2013.
If only you took the time to analyze your business that way. You would be making money instead wasting the company's.
How can you analyze business when reps don't get business. People are jumping for joy over 15 scripts. The cut will be DEEP
The sad fact is, this analysis took longer because my "business" has been over analyzed to death by corporate. EVA, DVA CVS caremark etc. When you launch a product in the summer and then don't have info on the questions that your customers want answers to i.e. breast, bone it makes it very easy to analyze the small numbers that result.
