What happens to AZ when we lose our top producer? Will we be ripe for a takeover? Anyone care to take a stab at it?

Ripe for a takeover was 18 months ago and final offer refused just about a year ago. Now we are as ripe as a Georgia peach sitting in a brown bag lost in the trunk of your car which will soon be delivering that smell of ripeness we have come to expect here.

This is a cesspool of fear, no hope butt kissing no pipeline shell of a company. As many good folks who have been screwed by AZ it's fun to sit back and watch these desperate souls wallow in their own shit! Karma

Ripe for a takeover! What fucking planet have you been on the last 14 months! We HAD a more than fair offer from Pfizer, but Mr. Giant Ego (aka "Frenchie") said no! No, because he wanted the CEO job and he knew he wouldn't get it! The shareholders were basically told to go to hell!

The Board kisses his ass at every opportunity! He needs to go!

Exactly right! Pascal is not up to the task of running AZ. The Board needs to make the hard decision and can his ass!

I bought Nexium last week with no Rx. Nasocort and Flonase. Reember how they used to beat us up for 25 Rxes per week of those products?

There has literally been nothing new. If management had to perform to the standards they require you to meet, they would have been fired years ago and maybe the ship that is AZ would have been able to bail herself out -- now she has too much water in. She will go down. Frenchie will get big shareholder money for sinking the ship.

    Sell puts.

    Oops --

Buy puts. The options thing is more confusing than an AZ marketing strategy!!

Check out what happened when Lipitor went generic. History repeats itself.

Great drug. Got off to a rough start though.
