The dog and pony show is that every PSS has a list of a few dozen offices where they can count on getting a face to face for a few seconds with a customer. So every PSS will take their manager there regardless of when the last PSS was in that office. The call plan is not based on business sense, it is based on making an ever shrinking list of offices that will enable the dog and pony show.

 

28% is usually the magic number.....look for areas to get hit harder than others. Don't try to do the math in your area, as it may be 50% in your area and less in another. If your number is called, rest assured it was called long ago and nothing can be done now.

 

So will DS4 and Summit be gone or just some of them???

 

If you're on a PIP, you're gone.
Low producing area, you're gone.
High volume of no see offices.....someone's gone.
Been at the bottom two years in a row....you're gone.

If your resume isn't updated, you should be gone for not knowing this was about to happen.

 

Cl 4 and 5 will be first to get whacked

 

Maybe they will finally wise up and fire a bunch of the MMs Account Directors who were demoted but had their salaries protected for years. If you want to save some money and eliminate a bunch of worthless jobs, then you can start here. Not only will you eliminate many high salaries but you will save thousands by stopping the embezzlement of expenses and personal travel charged to the company.

 

Will they allow people to volunteer for a package? I haven't heard anything about this. If they do....I'm gone.

Then who would eat all of our food before we get out of our meetings? These managed markets people only show up at meetings and on our teleconferences to give some 10 minute worthless update and then they head to their expensive dinners or the spa. This has been going on for years.
