Reallignment

What is happening with realignments on June 30. Will there be any territory changes, product responsibility changes, layoffs?

 

Who knows...it's crickets out there right now. Much ado about nothing or simply the calm before the storm? One thing is for sure, nobody on this site knows what will happen!

 

If you can't spell realignment, surely you should be first to be realigned.

 

many of the newbies can't spell CAT without spotting them the C and the T. They need a calculator to find the total of 5+7. AZ is hiring people that couldn't have gotten an interview 20 years ago. I am just glad I will make to retirement and be rid of this mad house.

 

Has anyone heard anything yet? What's with all the waiting??? Let us know already. Everyone had lost motivation after the genius way AZ rolled out this realignment/layoff.

This is only the beginning. What do you think it will look like when XR, Crestor and Symbicort are all gone? A 75% reduction would probably be about right. 75% from the peak of a few months ago. You'll find out on 6-30. DSMs do not know exactly what's happening yet. Some have an idea but confirmations will come to DSMs on 6-29. You'll start getting meeting invites from your DSM today for next Tuesday 6-30. Everyone gets a meeting whether impacted or not.
