    JT & TR: ever thought of a 12month retention bonus to keep the sales reps? The co has one in place for the Allos reps that were brought on board. Stop the turnover! You talk about how the reps are your biggest asset to the co. Put your $ where your mouth is. Give us a reason to stay!!

    Got a call from some guy in HR(Ernie?) about a job in CA. He seemed clueless. Who is this guy?

    Most headhunters are clueless. They Do know there is something going on at Spectrum. Why is everyone at Spectrum looking for other opportunities. They don't want to miss out on a placement.
