    Do you think we can really tell C4 and GB the true issues plaguing our division? Hard to discuss the problems when leadership is big part of that problem. Topics they SHOULD discuss...??

    We have a bunch of acronyms for C4 here in the NE.

    But the honest answer is she is the micromanaging RSD in the Northeast.

    I spoke to someone on the managerless team in her region and they told me that she is having one on one calls with everyone on the team about their "depth accounts"

    Way to manage it right down to the reps.

    It s a nic name she gave herself because of her initials, it actually means an explosive...she scares me

    Did they talk about some of the new features coming for OBI? It's pretty high tech stuff.

    It is complete BS. Otsuka will never bring anything innovative to the market. If you're hanging on to this I feel bad for you. This company is a joke.

    Just got an offer. Leaving this complete waste of a company. Total dumpster fire. There are decent jobs out there--start looking now. More cuts will come, sales of Samsca is still plummeting. Mark my words: 140 is the magic number now. My manager told me and he is looking to get out ASAP. It's only gonna get worse.

    Anyone that gives themselves a nickname after an explosive, that's all you need to know about them! Plus the lady can't count! It'd be C3 if you go by her name! Dummy!!!

    Maybe you guys need to start taking a Challenger approach to boost sales of Samsca.

    C4 is not all that bad. She is a SERIOUS micro manager but she means well. She supports her people and stands up for the sales force. I have been in meetings where she is the only RD to say a word for the field force. She fights for you all the time.

    I am glad I do not work for her but I am glad she is here.

    How about this:

    CONTINUES to micromanage (even at the AM level) and demonstrate no leadership (has anyone seen any novel or global initiative come from her - no.
    CAREFUL to take credit and not recognize innovations & true accomplishment (except at the POA of course where Japan might be present - even sadder here because her Toastmaster 101 skills continue to embarrass her and she is not even aware of it - consistent with her overall lack of self-awareness)
    CREATES an atmosphere of redundancy, tension & mistrust (The fact that she "stands up" for the sales force on the back end is misleading & ironic since SHE creates the negative environment that is driving morale and performance to new lows - in essence she is "standing up" and defending herself)
    CLEARLY unqualified for her current role or for that matter any customer facing role with direct reports. (you have all seen here interact with customers - not pretty)

    The 4 C's of C4 - no opinion here only fact. Ask any one of the poor souls that have the misfortune of reporting to her or touching her world (Marketing, Medical, Operations etc.) Even better speak to the MANY who have left.

    3 Quarters in a row at the bottom and a failed attempt (Assure) to bail on the sinking ship that is the Northeast.

    How one person can so irreparably damage an entire region and not be held accountable is simply astonishing and emblematic of a failed hospital culture.

    But, life goes on...

    So thankful I was able to get out! Most empty spots aren't being filled, even when they are top performing. Take a look around at who has left recently: Anyone with hospital experience before Otsuka is bailing.

    RD's, DM's and now most of the reps are all POD style Primary care background before Otsuka. No shock that the selling model has moved in that direction.

    Good luck to all of you still there. I do believe managing through attrition will work because people are leaving at an unprecedented pace. So if you like working there, you are probable safe. It just wasn't for me...
