When are the layoff expected?

 

There are at least 6 too many oncology reps in any given territory

 

The last CIP happened in November. I am thinking in three weeks.

 

Bio Oncology is like primary care at Genentech!!! Layers upon layers....

The air of some of these folks is hysterical when they operate like little school kids;
now I deal with not just customers but my internal team; what a joke!!!!!

 

Looking at 750-1,000 for the job cuts between the home office and field.

 

How about cutting some of the lazy managers that take no responsibility and just dish all the work out are they really needed.

 

Bio Onc is where you can cut the dead wood!!! GIO is getting quite fat as well!!!!

 

Layoff??? we just bought a biotech down the street and there will be more job posting!
