Heard Stryker just "Restructured" and laid off about 100 of their Sales Team... GMs gone in smaller markets or under performing areas. What the hell is going on? Record numbers should not lead to layoffs! Confused?!?!
Nothing I know of. Maybe under performing reps. If you cant keep up with the pace Stryker is not the place for you.

President should start with Sales VP and then AVP's Leadership IMO is lacking. See comments under Northeast turnover.
