And again most comments are negative and from 2008. Glad to see the improvement in 2012 but how is the state of business currently? Does anyone also have an estimate for what a IVS rep makes per year? I'm starting the interview process for this position now.

 

One of best divisions at Stryker. Last year had highest Q12 scores of any division at Stryker. Reps make $225K average. Great leadership.

 

What happened to all the sales reps in the AZ market? I heard there was a massive firing, not sure if that was recently. I know there was a mass defection from Kyphon to Stryker several years ago and Medtronic sued and won - benching everyone..

I know they are looking in AZ now following the acquisition of CareFusion. Any insights?

 

Good division. Had good leadership a couple years ago. Leadership now is not nearly as good. Had some fireworks in Arizona recently. Mid-Atlantic manager now is a complete joke. He must have pictures of someone that allows him to keep his job.

How does this division stack up on products, comp, etc? Good place to be?
