Commission cuts

    What's the deal with the latest round in commission cuts?

    Only poor performing reps. They want you to quit before they have to fire you

    I think my manager is in high school. A month after giving me a 2014 performance review that says I was the #1 rep on our team in growth (thanks for the resume builder), he cuts my territory. No big deal, I get it....he didn't hire me, so he is ready for me to leave. The funny thing is, since he has been in our unit, the reps he didn't hire, have out performed the ones he did hire. The dirty secret on our team that he doesn't get, is all reps talk and gossip. So when he talks sh**t to his favorite reps (the ones he hired), they run and tell us veterans everything he says. So he has no trust and lots of people are aggressively looking around. Some of our reps don't have thick skin and are trying to round everyone up and go speak with HR....weak millennials.

    I have been in this game too long to worry about this position...there are so many great companies and another one will come along soon.
