Mandatory Phone Calls TODAY

Anyone else have "mandatory" phone call at the end of the day called a "Business Update" without an agenda?

Phone calls did happen. Asymmetrical deployment led to a few reps being displaced in the region. Not many were affected.

 

asymmetrical deployment phone calls were made this morning to let reps know they were let go. managers just letting us know that it happened. in ohio/pa region that is what the calls were about.

 

I was one of those let go today. I will miss this job and all the golfing on Merck's time.

Not a one of them work more than 8 hours per week! Contract these bogus jobs out for twenty bucks per hour. They wear shorts during the day and tend to kiddy-household duties during work hours. Check a few emails and join a teleconference and call it a day. Finally hr is monitoring this and are reviewing private investigator findings. This all started with Ca reps narcing out these sham jobs. You will be amazed at what these fools do during a supposed work week! Shame on Merck for not putting a leash on these gigs years ago, this is worthy of Dateline.
