There is nothing wrong with the television ads during the baseball playoffs. Why did the thread get pulled?
Funny, Pfizer has used old warn out cheerleader gals as reps for years. Try to influence the old Dr's by flirting. Now there trying it with the public.
Pfizer's latest TV ad campaign for Viagra is coming to an abrupt halt after sharp criticism from the Food and Drug Administration. In a letter to the drug company, FDA Regulatory Review Officer Christine Hemler Smith said the ads are misleading. The advertisement features a man and woman on a shopping trip. As they pass a sexy lingerie shop, the man grows horns as the voice over asks "Remember when you used to be called Wild Thing?" "The TV ads claim that Viagra will provide a return to a previous level of sexual desire and activity," Smith wrote, adding that claim has not been proved.
And Lexus uses sex selling cars, Carl's Jr uses sex selling burgers - what else is new? I remember as a kid seeing the shaving cream ads featuring a sexy blonde with a Swedish accent that said, "Oooh! Take it off, take it ALL off!" That was 47 years ago. Everyone laughed at it back then. What's the problem now? Obviously you have a hard-on for Pfizer vs using sex in advertisements. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmBlDmcvsqU
