Only 15 breakout rooms available in the 'Vegas' aka very off Strip - POA Hotel of choice! What do you think?

Irrelevant. At past POAs our breakout rooms have been regular hotel rooms that simply had the bed removed and tables brought it. Don't make something out of nothing just to worry people.

 

Nothing is happening to sales. We are the only department in all of Alcon that is invincible!!!! They NEED 5 people in each territory (As of this week allergan has 2 reps in ophthalmic). INVINCIBILE!!!!

Get a clue people and stop acting so surprised when people post that layoffs will hit us.

Getting rid of the managers is the smartest idea of them all because I need my dumb ass clueless manager whose never help me sell anything work with me every five weeks. Lol.

SEE AND EYECARE at same POA....

 

Let's see:
Vision care had a restructure last year and products doing well. SAFE.
SEE is about as thin as they could be. SAFE.
Eye Care has 4-5 reps in every MD office vs Allergan's diminishing force. NOT SAFE.

 

We have 5 reps in our territory calling on 98% md's and 2 allergan reps calling on MD's. The third allergan rep is now calling on all OD's- developing them from the ground up. There has to be big change coming.

 

Not confident see is safe. We were rolled under eyecare VP. Expect more changes after poa-two Rx divisions become one
