    UHHHHH, Einstein, I believe THAT is the point they were trying to make. Man, you HAVE TO BE A V.P. or higher. (since you show your intelligence so easily) Typical for PPS management. Have you been charged yet?

    LOL, look at the track record of the people that were fired or left on their own CFO martin asked to leave VP HR Shotwell, fired, VP HR giles, left on his own, VP Sales Patera, left on his own, SVP Cordoza, left on her own, VP Revenue, Murr Fired:

    VP Anderson,to be charged. CEO Kane, To be charged . VP Winters, To be charged, VP or whatever he is Ian, to be charged. VP Knight, Gellagos, and of course their tool(butt kisser) Kacey, should be charged. You know Kacey keeps his head so far up Megan and Jason's butt, if they ever fart, it will blow his head off. The only reason these people are still at PPS is because they can't make it anywhere else! They are ALL crooks and should be held accountable.( Accountability)

    YOu know the sign of a GREAT leader is to step aside instead of hanging on. Kane-Move over-PLEASE

    All professionals should know what their weaknessess are and bring people in under them that are going to balance that. Kane-You can't judge skills or abilities to save yur life and look what has happened.

    Move on and let someone else take the helm, PLEASE????????

    CAn someone please post to this board just how many people have left the organization in the lst 18 months? What is the Turnover %, PLEASE post this, this is the #1 topic that is most important to a company, your people, Kane, didn't you read this in any of your books????

    What is very interesting in the turnover is that PPS utilizes Challey skills assessment has their number one tool for hiring. Think about that for a moment, they use Challey like a religion and it has brought them the highest turnover in most any industry. Imagine if they just interviewed people based on their experience how much better they might be.
