    "Equipment provided was smelly and 10 years out of date.
    I suspect additionally that I was lied to on a couple of occasions.
    Required multiple iterations to get things right."

    Would you like to hear what a 60 month cap is?? So once a "account" (not person) is billing for 36 months, medicare will not pay the rent on a concentrator so that is almost 5000. If a patient moves to a area we service or if they switch companys and they are between 36-60 months PPS wont take them because they are worthless to PPS at that point. PCCs make no money from them until medicare has them at 60 months. They only want brand new sick patiens. so screww the patients that have been on oxygen for years. You are only worthi something if PPS can make money off of you.

    so 60 months come and CSRs were telling patients that they have to pick up the equipment they currently have and be given a brand new concentrator that has never been used before. BULL SHIT. NOT THE CASE. they pick equipment up for one person, they are suppose to clean it, and give it to that 60 mo cap patient.Just so they can start billing for another 36 months again they use the same old testing to qualify the patient from 5 year prior. does this sounds right to anyone else?

    You people are all morons. Get a life. If you want to comment on 36 and 60 mo caps, at least have a clue what you are talking about. It's painful reading some of this garbage.

    funny how you have some you can criticize something but not explain how the process should be. im thinking you are a DOM or DSM or regional manager and don't really know what you are talking about. ive done the 60 month caps. yes that's pretty close. so why don't you teach us all how its done. because we all know training isn't worth a damn.

    No Frickins SH*! You just got that? REALLY? Management at PPS is F-ing clueless and totally crooked. All out for themselves and the all mighty dollar they can get while screwing employees, patients, providers, anyone they can. HEAR THAT KANE....IT MEANS YOU!
