ESS team is trash

They are losing share left and right, the share that WE worked so hard to build and grow. And now we aren't even allowed to go into these offices? They hardly, if ever, spend time in my geography and the Endos are neglected and pissed off. They have no established relationships and are getting "locked out" because offices don't know them or like them, not because of the quantity of reps calling on them.

I hope AZ realizes this is, and has been a farce from the beginning and puts an end to it. This is the worst idea and execution i've seen in 15+ years in Pharma.

Relax grasshopper. We know what we are doing. Building relationships isn't important. Only frequency, selling, and messaging. The customers expect you to sell, want to learn something new, don't want their time wasted, and will listen to and respect the right message.

We walked away from the endos with onglyza too. I just don't care anymore. I have begun to espouse the ideas of the 243 guy. That is the only way to maintain my sanity. How many times have you sat in front of an office and then, after realizing it doesn't really matter, logged the call and then drove away? For me its been more than a few lately.

I hope you all have a good Easter weekend. After all God and family are all that really matter in life. Oh yeah....and....FU AZ.

Relax O.S. Not everybody has an axe to grind like you do. Shut up, stop whining, and do your job Napoleon.

Yes all primary care out of Endos and won't get paid on them either, so STOP your whining and go sell to PC's.......if you know how?

    English please?

Typical ESS trying to justify their "job."

My PC docs are the early adopters in my geography. ESS has had NO impact on the endos yet. The same endos my boss says only one DSS can call on. ESS gets paid on the share we are driving in PC offices. They are riding our coat tails. They can't even sell a free med to my endos.

Let me back into my endos and I'll guarantee market leadership by June.

A typical pharma rep. Keep flapping your yapper. A legend in your own mind.

The minute you stop giving a crap about who does what, how much impact he or she does etc the more liberated and free you will feel. Go through the motions and give AZ very little.

    Signed,

I fake so many calls now that it's become second nature. I am enjoying my extra time off during the day. Now I have enough time to hit the gym or run errands, or both. It really is working out nicely.

I'm no "legend" but I'm pulling a rolling 5 37 share. If I were able to go to all of my specialists, it isn't out of the realm of possibility that I'd achieve market leadership by the end of Q2.

Just because you are jaded and aren't worth your salt doesn't mean there aren't people out here who actually care about and enjoy their job.

My ESS makes 3-4 calls per day AT MOST. And I've seen the execution reports, she is nowhere NEAR the bottom of the pack, which is sickening.

What do these people do all day long?

Is this the same rep who runs her everlasting flapper about her "huge" base salary? Plz stop with all the collagen and Botox! What work out does she and the other ESS reps do? It's bikini and triathlon season to get ready for

I know for a fact that my ESS fakes calls. I don't say anything because she's hot and I'm fixing to try and hit it.

I know exactly what you are talking about! I really, really tried to work a real day today, but I just couldn't do it. I literally could not help myself. It's just too easy to do! I think I am addicted to "call faking"!!

My ESS team alternates and spends one day in my town per week. When we used to have three people routed to call on specialists every week. Guess where the share has gone? Offices call me to come in but I've been told I can't go in by mgmt because of the "facing rule."

Word is that DS4 is going back into the endo offices for Onglyza only. ESS does not have time or interest to fool with Ongl.

I wouldn't say they are trash but my two are worthless. I noticed that one of my big PC guys that they commandeered stopped writing Bydureon. He is the kind of guy that you have to stay on or he will stop writing so at a meeting I asked what was going on in there. The two ESS reps just stared at me with a clueless look!

The company did not execute the transition properly. The ESS business model is one that will be successful- look at Sanofi, Novo and Lilly.
It sucks losing my Endos, but I can now broaden my efforts and increase the number of loyalists. My ESS partners are working hard and managing the territory well. Their call average may be a bit lower, but then again, they have an extremely large territory.
