NYC is failing apart. Lots of unhappy people. Mgr won't last long. He's a climber.

 

NYC is a mess. Spoke to a couple friends there and they said they all hope he goes soon, he is tearing the district apart

 

Plays favorites and it is causing problems within district.

So true, they are changing expectations almost daily. Not a very strategic division. Add to that the fact my manager is a micromanager and a kiss ass.... Well, I can't get a new job fast enough. Even willing to take a pay cut for my happiness. I was hired with the OP expansion, and I know so many people from that already looking for new jobs. I've never been treated so poorly in my life.

 

Then quit ! Low performers always have excuse after excuse. Typical tooL !
