It not looking good at all looks like the company cant afford redundancies for at least a year the books have to balance and by making people redundant this year the books wont balance so chin up maybe early next year.

Tell someone who cares like a solicitor it's a tactical move by the company to attack low wage workers with big families to leave the vhi system if 100 people leave the program it should cut vhi bill in half
