In order to assimilate IDN reps and HAM's and SAM' as well as field territories that have too few accounts to call on, is a realignment coming this fall or Jan 1st, 2015?
probably yes. But no head count reduction through layoffs, just through attrition and field reps getting promoted.
It sure looks and feels like we are. I believe the company's way of attrition is called firing or is some cases reps will resign prior to being let go. The company is failing due to pt first, mce and all the other bs. Just let the reps go out and sell. dc has got to go.
names on the book already.....it will be firings, downsizing, deselections, managed out, asked to leave, etc., only severance is 2 weeks pay for anyone over one year service !
