It depends on what role you are talking about. After 10 years, you should have advanced your career by that time. If not, you are only getting small raises year after year and that really doesn't get you that far.

 

if you started in 2004 and still have a job. how many people has GSK downsized since then. personally, one of the best reps in my territory was with GSK and got let go. he is doing great with his new company. lesson learned. GSK is just a terd like all of the rest.
