Don't have it yet, but working on it. Vectibix is simple to produce! It makes good business sense to say goodbye to AFR!

What's wrong with AFR? Is it anything like ARI?

Nothing is wrong with AFR. Very talented staff. Amgen management is run by big pharma types who don't know how to empower talented staff, nurture innovation and foster continuous improvement.

AFR has the potential to become a world class clinical manufacturing site...if placed in the right hands.

The site is safe with the news of the latest product approval.

    Who's next?
Someday we will become a fully outsourced company. Contract research, contract manufacturing, contract sales, contract QA, EH&S, and HR. What's left?
Time to buy another potential drug partner and gut their staff.

To quote Darwin: "An American monkey, after getting drunk on brandy, would never touch it again, and thus is much wiser than most men."

....err, no wait. That wasn't it....

    Here it is....

"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change."

Heh, heh - not sure what that first one was supposed to mean...

Ummm... there was a 100% layoff (see mass layoff notification at california employment development department). Staff members can only hope to get hired back by BI.

Anyone know what the severance package will be like for those staff members that are not picked up by BI?
