Until LA & MK and their minions are kicked to the curb, the changes can't be be big enough. I'm pretty much done with this Clown College!

This thread is BS. Let me get this straight. You started a thread just to tell us that "more changes are coming" and you don't even list what those changes are? This is inciting and does nothing more than stir to pot with bad rumors and bathroom-wall-gossip. Lame.

Who gives a shit? Why don't you just go away and deposit your dumb ass and 71 IQ on the welcome mat of our friends in Mundelin? That would be a welcome change we'd all cheer.

Medline doesn't compete with Cardinal. Cardinal would have to win something for it to be a competition.

I wish they would get this crap over with. It's creating way too much drama for this stupid company. It's already a mess, doesn't need to degrade any further with all these dumb rumors. If only GB and his mess of a leadership org could get their #hit in gear.

We'll see just how low this company can get. Restructuring every 18 months just goes to show you that this turd bucket company can't seem to get it right. GB and his board of idiots are only here to collect their benefits and while the underlings ruin the company.

ok, let's get this shit over with GB. What's going to be your new master plan? Sit on your ass while the company crumbles?

Reorganization is code for management doesn't have to be accountable. This has been going on for years. Just as sales people are on the hot seat if they don't make their plan, I would think managers need to be put on plan.

You don't think managers are on a plan??? They are. Always have been. You don't think they are held accountable? The managers get their asses publicly handed to them every month and more-so, every quarter. The reps being held accountable isn't even a fraction of what the managers endure. Even when business is good for a manager, they still take a beating.
Furthermore, for those of you who complain about re-org's, lay-offs, poor pay schedules, crazy quotas, doing less with more, poor corporate management... when you took the job with this company (or any other for that matter), you signed up for these very things. Read the documents you signed when you joined the company. It's all there. Many people probably did read it and thought these things won't happen (or didn't comprehend the verbiage and bother to ask for a clarification). It's all a matter of time but, they will all happen over and over. That's business. Companies don't "owe" you, you don't deserve "more". If you feel you do, then go somewhere else and obtain it. Understand it clearly, YOU work for THEM. Either follow what they do and say or leave. You don't have to work there. It is your choice. If you choose to work there, do your damn job as well as possible, shut your mouth, be happy to have a job, don't expect anything more in return, it is not about you. If you want it to be all about you, go start your own company. Your sole purpose in working for a company is to increase the shareholders wealth, period. Quit whining and suck it up buttercup.

It's not a matter of different. It's a matter of scale.

Oh boy, GB's got his town hall scheduled! Woohoo, the mighty ass on the throne will speak soon and tell everyone how they must work harder, and achieve more, and drive results with crappy management in place and no resources. This is the cheapest company ever, well with the exception of what they pay GB. Makes out like a bandit while everyone else is barely "capped" to measly cost of living increases if they are lucky.

I'm really glad DC got his $4 million home this year. Bought it off the backs of the 400 people who lost their jobs today. “Greed, envy, sloth, pride and gluttony: these are not vices anymore. No, these are marketing tools. Lust is our way of life. Envy is just a nudge towards another sale. Even in our relationships we consume each other, each of us looking for what we can get out of the other. Our appetites are often satisfied at the expense of those around us. In a dog-eat-dog world we lose part of our humanity.”

What jobs? Where? Riddles and circles only muddy the water.
