The worst must be Vistakon Optical Tooling judging by all of the retaliation since the Credo results have been released.

Heard the results at DePuy Synthes were in the tank in many areas of their business. Heads should roll the way that organization is being run. Piss poor leadership for sure.

Yup, thanks in large part to Alex Gorsky and the hip-gate fiasco. Can't imagine how many irate victims there are out there.

Yes, cray-do results were miserable for Depuy Synthes. Leadership can't figure out why, even though the "transformation" (layoffs) took place a month prior to the survey.

Haven't you heard. Alex is blameless. This whole issue is the fault of the Board certified orthopedic surgeons who don't know how to install the faulty, piece of crap hip implants.

Credo survey results don't matter. They will make them say what they want them to say. My opco is terrible and getting worse, but credo results magically show we are getting better. Thank you sir, may I have another!

The layoffs is how senior mgt will justify or rationalize the awful score. "Well is the survey hadn't been done just before the layoffs we would have had a better score"

Those who make such large sums must also be able to shoulder huge responsibility AND NOT BE REWARDED IN HUGE SALARIES!

This is what is wrong with business ... no matter what you do there is NO monetary downside to the individual.
It is time to hold Alex and these other CLOWNS responsible. Make them work off the law suits that occurred while they were at the helm.

For all other employees we would be fired if we conducted business the way these so called leaders conduct themselves, but they are rewarded.

That is one of the reasons why the CREDO no longer means squat.

Imagine if guys like him only took $10 million a year. how many salaries and pensions could continue to be paid? But no company is sworn to max shareholder value so they can get the board to pay them what they want and declare success even when there isn't blah blah blah

Perhaps the board ought to read this board or at the very least be made to understand the displeasure felt by the general JNJ employees with respect to lack of accountability at the top.
If the general population feels disenfranchised, there will be lack morale ( worsening) , lack of will to continue to work hard= problems= less money made.
The board will understand this.LESS MONEY..... hit them where it hurts. They don't care about the CREDO but they DO CARE about their pocketbooks.
