Helpdesk was no help when I called asking what to do with my cracked iPad screen. Anyone have this happen that can tell me what steps to take? Thx
That's ridiculous. I can't imagine that they wouldn't send you another one and have you return the cracked one. No different than last gen laptops which failed consistently.
That's seems hard to believe. They usually would ask to ship it back and mail you a new one or fix it.
