Does anyone else remember the new self-managed vacation plan being rolled out as advantageous for new employees because they could take time commiserate with their level of industry experience? My DM is trying to give anyone with less than five years with KCI 2 weeks, regardless of their industry experience, which is not what was rolled out last year.
You get no vacation here. It is up to you DM. Just tell him you work weekends and take off when you want.
