    Lots of super positive people, but they all seem like they are acting. Everyone is way too into talking business for it to be real. It just seems fake. Anyone else feeling this way?

    I know of 2 people giving resignations a few weeks after the meeting. Too bad they had to wait until after all that Prework/business review/performance reviews. Great base, but hard to make any bonus here unless you are in top 5%. They couldn't stand the reports/calls/ect that took 2 days out of the field to complete, when they could be out in front of customers more with other positions. We are in sales to work hard and make money, not do reports and PowerPoint presentations.

    Very fake could not agree more, high testosterone in the stage people (literally) ... Very light on intelligence and critical thought amongst the so called leaders ... I'm done with the grade school stories and analogies - more brain less brawn please

    I can't help but think steroids and mister clean.... Dress Eric professionally before he gets up on stage please!!!!! If he's Riga boy??? I am highly disappointed in his stage presentation and motivational talents

    Eric is a good dude with lots of heart and the will to do what's right. Not sure how he puts up with the leadership team above him, he must look the other way a lot. If he will break away from the micro-managing fakers and get a truer perspective on real leadership he will be fine.

    What about the managers under him? All seem like super positive fake Kool aid drinkers. As if Spectrum is a God they all worship.

    Did anyone else notice Raj selling 40k shares in December? And that 25% of the options he gave himself for Christmas vest immediately where employees do not vest until a year? As usual he treats spectrum like his personal piggy bank and the field workers as disposable.

    I want to know the same thing. People here are hard to get to know because they all seem to be acting like they do nothing but work. The OAM's and CAM's also "pretend" to work together, but there is no communication or interaction unless the OAM's want to join the CAM's for an appt. However. The OAM's or managers never offer to share appts.

    Thinking of interviewing. Not 100% sure. What is the base range? Car allow? The company is so small-is that good or bad? Heard comm are upcapped - that must be good. Mgmt style?
