Pay better than what a college grad will get, quit changing comp plan every month and making it worse not better. Hawk should quit micromanaging in a field he knows nothing about.
Seriously though. Our leadership team having an understanding of the industry which includes not just throwing darts at ideas. Budgets and goals that are realistic and not stretch goals. The two main ingredients to increased sales are satisfied customers, who return to purchase more and good sales people who are passionate about their company who go out and get more customers. We have neither.
God forbid COMMON SENSE ever trump those self important, egotistical, love the sound of their own voices MBA's! None of us should have even been hired to work here if they didn't believe that we brought anything to the table. The fact that our voices continue to be unheard and opinions ignored is just more evidence of managements ignorance. It continues to be a slow agonizing death
It has been very slow. The problem is that APEX was hoping to turn it over in 3 years. That plan has obviously failed and they are trying to go the IPO route. It's not looking too good with the current revenue numbers so continue to be poisoned as you try to believe that things will get better. Such a slow death.........CYNIDE
