The onj is a major problem. The community docs at the ad board were concern about the doubling of onj in prostate and pointed. When amg said no statistical difference, they said that there won't be because the percentages are low so sample size has to be high. It was not pretty and they did not like market research looking into primary care docs treating cancer patients with dmab. So much for hitting numbers. Why are they so secretive about these minutes. Theyre discoverable anyway. Its not like the lawyers dont know to ask the kols and see our meetings. I need to know this before making call

Actually this is all true. Go ask some of the consultants as they have loose lips and have talking about this amongst themselves. Go ask Roger Dansee about the LA adbaord and going at primary care docs and about how silly the p value is for doubling at low incidences. You are the troll

Does anyone know if they discussed the severe hypocalcemia? What about tetany and Torsade? I'd like to know what people are saying about the tetany issue.

Osteo is not a life threatening disease. SEs like tetany and hypocalcemia make it not worth using unless everything else is not working.

AEs not the issue. The real question: why is the dose 12 times higher in oncology than in osteoporosis when the 60 mg every 6 months fully suppresses bone turnover ?
