Anybody who would think this comes from gender discrimination is WRONG .This comes from a management (leadership :))which has no respect ,looks at employees as "disposables" nothing else .
What is described in the law suit has been done to dozens of males whose only fault was to be loyal to the Company ,old timers who were just thrown out because they were "legacy"
Where is the Alcon which was one of "The Best Company to work for " ?
Thank you KB,BB ,MMcC ,SM ,LA for having destroyed a gem .
Sorry Novartis you paid way too much for a toy you are finishing to destroy.

You must admit though that there is a "good ole boy" mentality in Fort Worth that benefits the men.

You should go after Alcon for age discrimination-how many eye care reps do you have over 40, I bet very few.

Can you say foreign corrupt trade practices act? Feds going to investigate and Roy and anyone who knew are going down! Prostitutes for KOL's is punishable!

Novartis is a joke with a bunch of B Team people at Alcon.

Do you mean RA and his goonies are providing prostitutes to kols? Why go so low? Who are the kols?
I have seen them with escorts in Bangkok, that is why all visions are held there. Cannot believe they are doing the same to KOLs!!!

Time for the U.S. Feds to investigate again.

And the investigation will open many cans of worms ...discrimination in gender ,age ,buddy non buddy ,etc...but possibly more interesting will be the unveiling of all the corrupt practices in some areas and for sure Asia will be top of the class ,prostitutes are just "tip of the iceberg "

It is well known that RA leads a very unethical life in while in Asia, he won't event let his team stay at the same hotel he stays at during meetings in China. But, I am not buying into the KOL part of the story - all for Roy!

They should really take a look at the entire organization. From what I've seen, the same problem exists across all regions, not just US. D&I is a joke.

Reading Alcon Asia and Australia threads would indicate that equality and healthy attitudes towards women have a very log way to go at Alcon.

Ummm....perhaps the poster was referring to Jeff G. saying that one of the women was terminated for "serious violations of the Novartis code of conduct and other internal policies".

Considering the fact that these two women have had both of their names revealed in numerous websites, including the FW Star Telegram, would you not say that his comments merely "add fuel to the fire"??

Does the word "defamation" enter your limited vocabulary? What if you are the "other" woman that Jeff was NOT referring to? Think her reputation in this industry has not been affected?
