I think quite a few people will lose their jobs once this thing goes through...

    What do you think?

The Executive Vice Presidents are running around here trying to convince everyone that Assuramed, Edgepark Medical and Independence Medical are the place to be...

Just wait until after April, when this shit deal goes through and they all cash in their equity and bale...This place will be gutted!

The biggest asshole of them all is a freak of nature named Chris Lindroth - He has the personality of a monkey.

The CEO is butt buddies with Jack Welch - Yes, that Jack Welch from General Electric. What a sweet deal, Michael got for coming over to this dump for less than 2 years and cashing in for over 10 Million Dollars (US). The Investment Group that bought Assuramed 3 years ago has a certain board member named, Jack Welch...Interesting connection.

There appears to be some insider trading violations here - This should be reported for SEC violations.

Assuramed's CEO is now named President of Cardinal Health's "business line".

What the heck is "business line"?

It is just another example of the rich getting richer.

This whole thing is a deck of cards about to cave in after we lose the June deadline contract with CVS - Those people up in Twinsburg (Assuramed) will never know what hit them...Poor saps.

Sad for them Cardinal has an unsustainable way of buying and stripping companeis to meet quarterly goals..capitalism at its best. They will never know what hit them after being lied to about the great opportunities ahead. But its nothing new. If you dont like it leave

I’m glad y’all have an outlet to vent. I’d like to suggest that learning what a “Business Line” actually is (essentially a subsidiary of Cardinal in this case), or how capital markets/m&a actually work might help you climb out from under the machine that is crushing you. Otherwise, you’ll probably be stuck making $80k until you keel over, since retirement isn’t really an option for you folks boom roasted

Keeling over and winding up at room temperature is a hazard working here as witnessed, for example, at the FY17 NSM in Vegas. Not only is Dublin bad for your health (especially if you were on their opioid "frequent flyer" user list) but they also allow too many cretons to manage field sales people, while getting rid of the best (remember Bill Cooper?). Witness who made the cut on the NE Medical sales management team. KM, really? Better suited as a Kapo in a gulag slave labor camp, NOT ruining lives. How's your manager? Maybe more should be highlighted on this board as either saints or sociopaths.

Kim Anders is terrific as a Boss/Leader.. Also agree with you that Ms KM is a perfect sociopath. Though she's gone, Becky Mullins was a good manager
