He is selling because he will be given more down the road by the board.

All of them are being watched by the SEC. Don't be a conspiracy theorist.

Let take a wild guess, he's getting ready to bolt! Just like any rat they leave a sinking ship

I think we all know why Kenny is selling.

First -- like his last three sales, these 9,000 shares are less than 3 per cent of his holdings.

Second -- these sales are under a pre-arranged trading plan called a 10-b 5(1) plan, over which he no longer exercises discretionary control.

Thus, they are fotmulaic, diven by an algorithm he set with a financial advisor some years ago now. Finally, they are all from the exercise of stock options -- set to expire in the next 24 or so months. Finally, Mr. Frazier holds over 331,000 shares (as calculated under the Section 16 rules, so he's sold less than two per cent of his holdings, in the past month).

Thus, nothing may really be inferred from his sales, this week.

    Now YOU know.

    Namaste

Please delete the first two -- they have unfortunate typos. Thank you, to the moderators.
