The only whining you will here is from Tom when his region is ranked at the bottom again for 2014.

 

He is trying real hard to impress that new boss of his with a fancy account plan next week because his ideas for sales continue to fail just like he has as a vaccine director.

 

Happy to report I made up the information in the spreadsheet and didn't in 20 min. I could care less about the guy. Jan probably looked at the spreadsheet for 30 sec. She knows he is BOL this year.

 

Tom and the CTL's will be finishing their leadership meeting today. Get ready for urgent t/c's and initiatives that must be done to finish the year strong. Whatever. This year is done and hopefully soon, so will Tom because he sucks at sales.

Not sure that I agree with you! At that point they will be so irate with us that it'll be a miserable experience every time. Now that they're starting to realize the company's greed is getting the better of it when it comes to our portfolio cost.

 

Tom, you're not very bright for waiting until the end of the year to ask your reps to sign up tier 2 accounts to HIF by mid December. The year is almost over and customers don't feel like being pressured to sign up for another Merck self serving pricing program. Can you be anymore desperate to please Jan? So glad you are at the bottom again. Hopefully, Jan will see you need to move on in 2015.

 

The CTL's are too scared to tell Tom that the December deadline for HIF is unreasonable. I hope 0 customers sign up. The field is fed up with Tom's self preservation fire drills.

 

The region reps have checked out for the year. Everyone I have talked wants Tom gone. His leadership style is schizophrenic. Nobody can keep up with his frantic, everything is urgent demands.

 

Sounds like a hard working group. Checking out with two months to go. A true representation of the new American way. Quit when it doesn't go your way. Lazy redundants.

Management will no doubt micromanage the hell out of next year's ped vaccine launches but at the pediatricians will give us access and actually consider buying what we are trying to sell.

Agreed. TL and the CTL's will make the ped vaccine launches as painful as possible with tracking sheets, business plans and relentless presence.

 

Tom can't lead vultures to a stinkin' corpse let alone a vaccine sales region.

 

The VOICE survey results should be coming out soon Tommy Boy. Nice try to have your Change Agents try to persuade the region to say some nice things about you. That would be an epic lie.

 

Yet his tactics keeps his region last or second to last. Go figure.

 

Send just Tom over to Africa to sell the new Ebola vaccine. He loves to travel all of the time and be in doctors' offices. It would be win for Merck and a big relief for his beat up region.
