Does you no good to go out and bust your balls working for this company...my agency can't admit any PT...long wait on SN...useless. The ship is sinking and fast! At least BB and mgmt has made tons of money, so that helps me sleep better at night....puke!

Sounds like our NE AE's. Great life, no admissions. But still employed.

God- I left in less than a month- how about that freaking car in 90days and eating my gas cost!! Cheap ass company!! I told my husband this place sucks all over the internet and I need to decline the offer- oh well! Been there and tried it! No wonder they have thousands of jobs posted! They will hire anyone and just test tolerance, just awful!

That I would agree. Since Amedisys took over-there is no more longevity.

I wouldn't worry about it now. Not in the sate of panic they are right now. I do not think anybody would hold you for this.

The only way a non compete can hold up is if they give you something in return for signing the non compete. Normally it's in the form of a sevarance package. If you don't receive money don't worry.

Some of us did receive compensation when it first came out. I do not know about new hires.

Amedisys wouldn't have the money to sue for non-competes, they have too many other issues going on- they can't refuse to let you make a living.
